Sky 25

Sky 25 introduced vertical living to Jaipur at a time when high-rise residential construction was virtually nonexistent in the region. Located on Ajmer Road, the 27-storey tower brought a new typology to the city, combining panoramic views, urban density, and premium apartment living at scale.

Delivering a tower of this height presented significant execution challenges. The local ecosystem lacked both the technology and the trained workforce required for high-rise construction. Tectonic Engineers addressed this gap by introducing Rajasthan’s first tower crane and passenger-material hoist. Sky 25 also had a projection/cantilever on the 26th floor which was particularly challenging to build at that height. We collaborated with specialized structural consultants and applied floor-cycle discipline to maintain pace without compromising safety or quality.
