Park Regency stands among the largest residential projects in our portfolio. Located in the Ajmer Road sports city corridor, it introduced high-end apartment living to a rapidly developing urban zone. The brief called for a gated township that balanced density with quality, offering both scale and long-term livability.

Executing a project of over 11 lakh square feet required deep coordination across teams and phases. From foundation to structure, Tectonic managed the entire construction effort with structural precision, phased timelines, and consistent output across multiple towers.

While the project’s handover was discontinued by the developer midway, our construction scope was completed exactly as planned.
