Palm Island

Retail and Multiplex Tower with Deep Foundations

ABOUT

A Landmark That Rewrote the City’s Skyline

Palm Island was designed as a high-footfall commercial hub with multiplex and retail facilities layered above three full basements. The challenge was not scale but sequencing. Every activity from substructure to superstructure had to follow tight logistical choreography due to limited working room and overlapping timelines.

Unlike other projects in the region, this site demanded absolute clarity in below-ground planning. Excavation, slab casting, and service integration were all managed in parallel to maintain progress without disruption.

The project stands as a clear example of how we navigate constraint-heavy sites through stepwise precision rather than brute scale. Palm Island proves that even in compact footprints, structure can stay smooth, steady, and commercially sound.
