This corporate headquarters balanced simplicity of form with the performance needs of a tech-enabled workspace. The structure included two basement levels and clean, column-free slabs designed for open layouts and operational flexibility.

Dotsquares was also the first project where Tectonic deployed post-tensioned slabs and couplers for steel binding, optimizing structural efficiency without increasing weight or cost. Rainwater harvesting systems were integrated as part of the site-wide sustainability plan.

Delivered over a multi-year timeline, the building reflects long-term thinking in both form and function. From material innovation to construction sequencing, every decision was made to support durability, flexibility, and ease of future adaptation.
