Business Corner

Business Corner was envisioned as a commercial hub that could support evolving tenant needs over time. The structural layout was kept intentionally flexible, with minimal core obstruction and open floor spans designed to support modular interiors.

Despite being centrally located, the site posed tight constraints. Excavating deep basements, managing material flow, and working within dense urban surroundings required strict logistical control. Sustainability measures, including rainwater harvesting systems, were integrated into the build without delaying the schedule.

More than speed, this was a project that demanded balance between present requirements and future use cases, between scale and precision. Tectonic delivered with measured control and technical clarity at every stage.
