Bombay Hospital

Institutional Healthcare Project for a National Trust

ABOUT

A Healthcare Tower Completed Under Constraints

Tectonic Engineers was brought in to take over the construction of Bombay Hospital’s Jaipur facility midway through development. The project, originally initiated by Shapoorji Pallonji, required a new partner to bring clarity, speed, and control to the remaining scope.

Taking over an active institutional site presented both technical and logistical challenges. We had to realign structural standards, assess previously completed work, and avoid delays while meeting medical-grade construction requirements. With space limitations preventing the use of tower cranes, we executed the entire 21-floor build using alternative vertical handling strategies.

Today, the hospital stands as one of Jaipur’s tallest medical facilities. Beyond its scale, it serves as proof that even complex transitions can be delivered with precision, discipline, and complete accountability.
